研究机器零件表面滚压加工的方法和用量是现代机器制造工艺中重要课题之一,它具有理论和实际上的应用价值。 本文探讨了几种滚压工具的结构,并论述了滚压用量的主要参数(滚压力、进给量、滚压速度、滚压次数等)与零件表面光洁度的试验结果。 同时本文也分析了工件原始表面质量对滚压后表面光洁度影响的试验结果,并推荐了计算单位压力的试验公式。 最后,本文对滚压用量和工件尺寸变化的关系亦作了适当的论述。 试验材料为:45号钢40Cr和铸铁。
Research on machine parts surface rolling method and the amount of consumption is one of the important topics in the modern machine manufacturing process, which has theoretical and practical value. This paper discusses the structure of several rolling tools and discusses the test results of the main parameters (rolling pressure, feed rate, rolling speed, rolling times, etc.) and the surface finish of the parts. At the same time, this paper also analyzes the test results of the influence of the original surface quality of the workpiece on the surface finish after rolling, and recommends the test formula for calculating the unit pressure. Finally, this paper also discusses the relationship between the rolling amount and the change of workpiece size. Test materials: 45 steel 40Cr and cast iron.
