针对初等教育专业师范生的教学技能,对福建省的三所师范院校进行调研分析。从教学设计、教学实施、教学反思三个维度为出发点设计问卷,调查当前初等教育专业师范生教学技能的现状,从学校层面提出初等教育专业师范生教学技能提升的对策:转变观念,正确认识师范生教学技能;结合课改,创新师范院校课程内容;革新教法,加强师范生教学技能培养;优化师资,强化师范生教学技能;加强管理,重视师范生见习实习。
Aiming at the teaching skills of primary normal students, this paper conducts research and analysis on the three normal colleges and universities in Fujian Province. From the three aspects of instructional design, teaching implementation and teaching reflection, the paper designs the questionnaire and investigates the current situation of the teaching skills of primary normal education students. It puts forward the countermeasures of upgrading the teaching skills of primary education students from the school level: changing their concepts and correctly understanding the teachers’ Students should improve their teaching skills and teaching skills; combine curricular reform with innovative curricula to innovate normal colleges and universities; innovate teaching methods to enhance teaching skills of normal students; optimize teachers’ teaching skills and enhance their teaching skills; strengthen management and attach importance to practical intern training.
