目的比较不同体重指数(BMI)食蟹猴糖耐量异同，探讨食蟹猴体重指数与糖耐量的关系，为食蟹猴自发性糖尿病模型筛选确立方法。方法从正常饲养食蟹猴群中选择BMI＞35和BMI＜30的动物各8只，共16只，连续4 w采用经口葡萄糖耐量试验（oral glucose tolerance test, OGTT）观察糖耐量变化情况。结果和结论两组动物体重指数虽然差异有显著性，但其糖耐量变化未见明显差异。“,”Objective To compare the body mass index (BMI) of cynomolgus monkeys similarities and dif erences between glucose tolerance, find out the relationship of cynomolgus monkeys between BMI and glucose tolerance, for screening established the cynomolgus monkey model of spontaneous diabetes. Methods According to the Body Mass Index (BMI),16 animals were divided to two groups, the BMI>35 group and BMI<30 group,continuous measurement of four weeks using oral glucose tolerance test.compareing the plasma glucose level after the test. Results and Conclusion Although the dif erence of BMI was significant, but no significant dif erences in changes in glucose tolerance test.
