应用碱性磷酸酶标记的ASO探针杂交技术对123例临床各型乙肝病毒(HBV)感染后的血清标本PCR后检测了HBV基因前C区1896位已知的G-A点突变株。结果表明:在HBeAb阳性血清中发现有W28X突变株,而HBeAg阳性血清样本中未发现该突变株;有突变株的患者亦未全部表现为重症肝炎。提示HBV基因前C区突变并不一定导致病情加重。野生株、突变株与肝炎重症化之间的关系有必要在临床过程中慎重地观察。
Alkaline phosphatase-labeled ASO probe hybridization was used to detect G-A point mutation in 1896 of pre-C region of HBV gene after PCR of 123 clinical samples of various types of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. The results showed that there was W28X mutant in HBeAb positive serum, but not in HBeAg positive serum samples. All the patients with mutant strains did not show severe hepatitis. Prompt HBV gene mutation in the former C area does not necessarily lead to aggravating. The relationship between wild-type strain, mutant strain and hepatitis severity is necessary to be carefully observed in the clinical course.
