目前世界上轧制生产的金属薄带最薄为0.001mm,多辊轧机最小工作辊径为2 mm。我国为了成卷轧制厚度≤0.001 mm的金属和合金超薄带材,冶金部钢铁研究总院研制了一台工作辊直径为1.7mm,辊面宽度为50mm的36辊轧机。经三年多使用实践证明,轧机运转正常,完全达到设计要求。这台新型轧机创造性地设计为36辊辊系,增大了最外层支撑辊套外径和传动辊直径,成功地解决了工作辊直径为1.7 mm的支撑结构。此辊系运转稳定,操作视角大,有其独特优点。 1.由D/d、L/d和B/h值的变化看,36辊轧机是多辊轧机的发展轧制极薄带钢需要小的工作辊直径,但小直径工作轧辊会产生弯曲,因此需要支撑,于是就由二
