质量管理分为四个方面:质量计划,把质量量化成一些可达到的目标和要求,并计划出一套循序渐进的方法;质量监控,通过流程管理去控制整个医疗行为中的质量;质量保险,用一个程序来确保质量的完善和安全;质量提升,由之前的一系列措施得出可行的改进措施,付诸实施,提高整体的质量。正如亚里士多德所说,优秀是一种习惯。当质量管理深入人心并成为一种习惯的时候,那么整体医疗质量就会提高。
