According to the Japan University ■ September 10, 1988 announced in 1987 Japan’s developing countries, including government development assistance (OD) outflows of funds, including an increase of 40.4% over 1986. The main reason for the increase was the appreciation of the yen, which led to an increase in the emergency investment in overseas direct investment by private enterprises and a substantial increase in ODA. The outflow of funds between the two governments to developing countries in 1987 was 204.62 million U.S. dollars, accounting for 0.86% of the GNP. In 1986, Japan’s outflow of funds ranked the first among the 18 Development Assistance Committee member countries of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, ranking the middle of GNP. 1987
