本文将山西省站1982~1991年卫技人员构成状况进行初步分析,试图为省站卫技人员的调配、选拔、培养提供依据。在定员、定编、定岗基础上,调整卫技队伍中不合理的结构比例。合理引进人才,严格控制无专业学历人员的调入。树立竞争意识,对优秀中、青年卫技人员大胆启用,破格提拔,力争在近期内培养一批能承上肩下的技术骨干或学科带头人。
This paper will make a preliminary analysis of the situation of the composition of medical technicians in Shanxi Province from 1982 to 1991, and try to provide the basis for the deployment, selection and cultivation of the provincial station technicians. On the basis of staffing, fixed editing, and fixed posts, we will adjust the unreasonable structural proportion of the team of medical technicians. Rationally introduce talents and strictly control the transfer of personnel without professional qualifications. Set up a sense of competition, make bold use of outstanding Chinese and young health technicians, and promote the development of a group of technical leaders or academic leaders who can shoulder shoulders in the near future.
