医院院长和医院管理人员职业化是现代医院管理人才队伍建设的必然趋势,是医院管理专业化、精细化的必然要求,是医院可持续发展的必由之路。建立完善的医院院长职业化体制机制以及建立符合我国国情社情的薪酬保障机制是实现医院管理转型的前提条件。
Professionalization of hospital chiefs and hospital administrators is an inevitable trend in the construction of management personnel of modern hospitals. It is an inevitable requirement of specialization and refinement of hospital management. It is also the only way for hospitals to achieve sustainable development. It is a precondition to realize the transformation of hospital management that establish and improve the professional institutional mechanism of hospital deans and establish a salary guarantee mechanism that is in line with the social conditions of our country.
