从临床分离获得口腔常见厌氧菌135株,其中92%的产黑素类杆菌,79%的韦荣氏球菌,90%的梭杆菌,95%的放线菌,95%的消化链球菌和消化球菌菌株对交沙霉素敏感。交沙霉素对以上厌氧菌株和产黑素类杆菌、中间类杆菌,牙龈类杆菌,脆弱类杆菌国际标准菌株的MIC为0.4~1.6μg/ml。口腔急性感染患者的临床症状、白细胞总数和中性粒细胞分类计数在服用交沙霉素后2~5天明显改善和好转,病灶内细菌培养阳性率或细菌数量明显下降,并且未出现不良反应。实验结果表明交沙霉素有较强的抗厌氧菌作用和良好的临床疗效。
