目的 了解脑梗塞急性期外周血中自由基代谢的变化以及与临床经过的关系。方法 以血清过氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及脂质过氧化物终产物丙二醛 (MDA)为指标 ,对 4 3例急性脑梗塞病人于病程 1个月内进行动态检测。结果 脑梗塞发病后 4 8小时内至 1周血清 SOD活性显著降低 ,MDA水平于同期内显著增高 ,持续 2周。结论 脑梗塞急性期存在明显的自由基代谢紊乱 ,表现为 SOD活性降低 ,MDA水平升高。急性期血清 SOD活性水平与病情及预后有关
Objective To investigate the changes of free radical metabolism in the peripheral blood of patients with acute cerebral infarction and its relationship with clinical course. Methods Serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) as the final lipid peroxidation indicators were measured in 43 acute cerebral infarction patients during the course of 1 month. Results Serum SOD activity was significantly decreased within 48 hours to 1 week after onset of cerebral infarction, and MDA level increased significantly during the same period for 2 weeks. Conclusions There is obvious disorder of free radical metabolism in the acute stage of cerebral infarction, which shows the decrease of SOD activity and the increase of MDA level.
