本文在深入分析当前煤炭企业合同管理中存在的风险和原因的基础上,借鉴开滦合同管理中的实际案例和经验做法,从“一面两线五项重点”建设着手,做到“点线面”融会贯通,提出了抓好企业合同管理的重要手段和有效途径。
