目的 探讨室间隔缺损儿童心房肌细胞连接蛋白43(Cx43)表达的规律。 方法 应用SP免疫组织 化学和图像分析方法,观测室间隔缺损儿童心房肌细胞Cx43的蛋白表达。 结果 1.正常儿童心房肌细胞Cx43 表达:1~3岁组呈斑点状、带状或链状,主要排列于细胞侧面连接处,闰盘处极少。7~16岁组大量分布于细胞侧面 连接处和闰盘处。2.室间隔缺损儿童的心房肌细胞Cx43表达:1~3岁组除了分布于细胞侧面连接处,还见于细胞 闰盘处及细胞质中,少数无序排列;7~16岁组分布在细胞侧面连接处和细胞质中,闰盘处极少,且无序排列。3.室 间隔缺损儿童心房肌细胞Cx43的蛋白表达量未发生显著变化。 结论 室间隔缺损儿童心房肌细胞Cx43的蛋白 分布形式有改变,表达量无变化。提示,室间隔缺损仅对Cx43的分布形式产生影响。
Objective To investigate the expression of connexin 43 (Cx43) in children with ventricular septal defect. Methods SP immunohistochemistry and image analysis were used to observe the protein expression of Cx43 in atrial ventricular myocytes from children with ventricular septal defect. Results 1. Normal children with atrial myocyte Cx43 expression: 1 to 3 years old group was spotted, ribbon or chain, mainly arranged in the side of the cell junction, rarely intercalated disk. A large number of 7 to 16-year-old group located in the side of the cell junction and intercalated disk. Atrial myocytes in children with ventricular septal defect expression of Cx43: 1 to 3-year-old group in addition to distribution in the cell junction, but also found in the intercalated cells and cytoplasm, a few disordered; 7 to 16-year-old group in the cell side Connection and the cytoplasm, the intercalated disk rarely, and disorderly arrangement. 3. There was no significant change in the protein expression of Cx43 in atrial ventricular septum in children with ventricular septal defect. Conclusion The distribution of Cx43 protein in atrial ventricular septal defect in children with atrial septal defect has changed, but the expression of Cx43 has no change. Tip, ventricular septal defect only affects the distribution of Cx43 form.
