液体二茂铁衍生物系高燃速催化剂,具有良好的催化效果和热稳定性。以2,2-双乙基二茂铁丙烷(BEFP)与利用气流粉碎机制造的极细高氯铵(VFAP)为基础试制了高燃速高能推进剂。采用这种VFAP的推进剂,在燃烧压力为5MPa时燃速可达20mm/s,但压力指数升高。而采用VFAP与BEFP组合时,燃速可提高到40mm/s以上,且压力指数可降低到实用值。分析了VEAP的结晶及热分解特性,与平均粒度为0.1μm的超细铝粉(UFAl)和银丝组合,试制出可以直接浇注的燃速为150mm/s以上的高燃速高能推进剂。
Liquid ferrocene derivatives are high burning rate catalysts with good catalytic effect and thermal stability. A high-burning-rate, high-energy propellant was developed on the basis of 2,2-bis-ethylferrocene propane (BEFP) and very fine ammonium chloride (VFAP) manufactured by a jet mill. Using this VFAP propellant, the combustion rate of 5MPa burning rate up to 20mm / s, but the pressure index increased. With VFAP and BEFP combination, the burning rate can be increased to 40mm / s or more, and the pressure index can be reduced to a practical value. The crystallization and thermal decomposition characteristics of VEAP were analyzed. In combination with ultrafine aluminum powder (UFAl) and silver wire with an average particle size of 0.1μm, a high burning rate high energy propellant with a burning rate of over 150mm / s .
