本文对犬(n=10)不作预先处理而只将休克时间从2h延长至5h,结果不仅是肺,而且心、肝、肠、肾等均出现超微结构受损。主要表现为实质细胞肿胀,空泡样变性及细胞脱离,后者如肝细胞的联接解离和微绒毛消失;各类细胞的细胞器均有不同程度破坏,表现为线粒体肿胀,嵴溶解破裂,内质网扩张及脱颗粒现象;此外,还有心肌肌原纤维变细或溶解,肺和肠的毛细血管内皮细胞紧密联接裂开等。同时,血中肠源性内毒素含量随休克时间延长而递增,而且不同部位的血液其含量也不一样,以门静脉含量最高,动脉血次之,肝静脉血含量最低。提示诸器官损伤可能与肠源性内毒素有关。
