用户可用性需求获取及权重确定是构建数控机床可用性屋的起点和关键,对于能否真实反映故障因素对可用性需求的最终影响起着重要作用。为有效评估用户可用性需求,提出基于改进AHP与熵权法的主客观赋权法、DEMATEL和Kano模型及数控机床“卖点”的合成分析法。采用AHP与熵权相结合的主客观赋权法确定基本权重;考虑用户可用性需求间相互影响,利用DEMATEL法得到修正权重;兼顾用户可用性需求水平提高率、Kano分类及数控机床“卖点”等市场竞争性评估信息,使所得权重调整因子与修正权重相结合,获取最终合成权重。最后借助实例对该方法的有效性与可行性进行了验证。
The availability of user availability and determination of weights are the starting point and key to building a usability machine house, which plays an important role in whether the failure factors truly affect the usability requirements.
