Vascular reactivity to pressurized substances is an important aspect of the pathogenesis of hypertension, but its mechanism has not yet been fully elucidated. In recent years, attention has been paid to the role of the renin-angiotensin system in the development of hypertension in vascular tissues. However, there are not many reports on the experimental results. In this study, the content of norepinephrine (NE) and angiotensin II (AII) in aortic tissue of hypertensive rats and its reactivity to these two substances were studied to investigate the pathogenesis of hypertension .
