研究双重语言信息联动下多阶段决策信息的动态集结方法.考虑决策依据信息和专家偏好信息的自身特点,设计基于双重语言信息融合的多阶段决策问题分析框架;分析决策信息的动态变化特征,以两类信息之间差异最小为原则构建规划模型群,探寻阶段权重和各阶段下属性权重的具体表现;设定决策者的信息偏好程度,集结方案的动态综合绩效和专家判断结果,在多阶段情形下实现候选方案的优选决策.最后通过算例验证了所提出方法的科学性和适用性.
This paper studies the dynamic assembly method of multi-stage decision-making information under the interaction of dual language information.According to the characteristics of decision-making information and expert preference information, a multi-stage decision-making analysis framework based on dual language information fusion is designed, and the dynamic change characteristics of decision information The minimum difference between the two types of information for the principle of building a planning model group, to explore the phase weights and the specific attributes of each stage under the weight of performance; set the decision-maker’s information preferences, concentration of programs and dynamic comprehensive performance expert judgment results, The optimal decision of the candidate scheme is realized.At last, an example is given to verify the scientificity and applicability of the proposed method.
