多肿瘤抑制基因(Multiple Tumor Suppressor I,MTSI)是一个能直接作用于细胞周期的新型抑癌基因,其编码蛋白为 M_r16000,故又称 p16基因.由于 P16已经逐步发展成为抗肿瘤的一种新的方法,因此我们采用 p16基因的真核表达载体,转染入人肝细胞癌(HHCC)细胞株,用杂交、免疫组化及流式细胞仪方法对 HHCC 细胞生长进行观察.1 材料和方法1.1 材料 p16基因的真核表达载体,由河南医科大学郭建成博士惠赠,HHCC 细胞株由第四军医大学病理教研室王哲博士惠赠.脂质体(Lipofectarnine)、DMEM 为 Gibco 公司产品,G_(418)为 Sigma 公司产品,组化试剂系博士德公司产品,各种工具酶购
Multiple Tumor Suppressor I (MTSI) is a novel tumor suppressor gene that can act directly on the cell cycle. Its coding protein is M_r16000, so it is also called p16 gene. Because P16 has gradually developed into a new type of anti-tumor.
