目的:研究云南西双版纳大花哥纳香(GoniothalamusgriffithiHook.f.etThoms)茎皮的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据等进行结构鉴定。结果:从大花哥纳香茎皮的乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为5,7二羟基双氢黄酮(I),5,62H6苯乙烯吡喃2酮(II),(5R,6S,7R,8R)7羟基8苯基四氢呋喃骈[3,2b]2H吡喃2酮(II),(6R,7R,8R)6(7,8二羟基苯乙基)5,62H吡喃2酮(IV),(4S,5R,6S,7S,8R)6羟基7(α乙酰氧基苄基)四氢呋喃骈[3,2b]呋喃2酮(V)。初步药理实验表明,化合物II~V有一定的抗肿瘤活性。结论:化合物V为新化合物,化合物I和II是首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of bark of Goniothalamus griffithiHook.f.etThoms in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. Methods: Separation and purification were performed by various chromatographic techniques. Structure identification was performed based on physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of G. sinensis bark, and their structures were identified as 5,7-dihydroxydihydroflavone (I), 5,6-2H-6-strypyrazole respectively. 2-Methylketone (II),(5R,6S,7R,8R)-7-Hydroxy-8-Phenyl-tetrahydrofuran[3,2-b]-2H-pyran-2-ketone(II), (6R,7R,8R)-6(7,8-dihydroxyphenethyl)-5,6-2H-pyran-2-ketone (IV), (4S,5R,6S,7S,8R) 6-Hydroxy-7-(α-acetoxybenzyl)-tetrahydrofuran 骈[3,2-b]furan-2-keto (V). Preliminary pharmacological experiments showed that Compounds II-V have certain antitumor activity. Conclusion: Compound V is a new compound, and compounds I and II are isolated from this plant for the first time.
