各船级社对螺旋浆合金都规定了化学成分、机械性能及验收要求。由于提供的成分范围较宽,常遇到成分合格而机械性能的几个指标未能全部达到的情况。合金的抗拉强度和硬度之间有一定的内在关系,所以,对于钢铁材料,可应用关系式,通过硬度测试估计合金的抗拉强度。但在有色合金的铸造中,迄今为止,尚未见到有关此类关系式的资料介绍。为此,笔者收集了生产实践中的一些数据,探索了抗拉强度与硬度之间的关系式。这样做,能有效地及时调整螺旋浆合金的化学成分,以求能得到最佳的机械性能,取得了与炉前快速测试同样的效果。
All classification societies have specified chemical composition, mechanical properties and acceptance requirements for propeller alloys. Due to the wide range of ingredients provided, it is often the case that several indicators of acceptable mechanical properties have not been achieved. There is a certain intrinsic relationship between the tensile strength and the hardness of the alloy, so for the steel material, the relation can be applied and the tensile strength of the alloy can be estimated by the hardness test. However, in the casting of non-ferrous alloys, no introduction has ever been made on such relations. To this end, I collected some data in the production practice to explore the relationship between tensile strength and hardness. In doing so, the chemical composition of the propeller alloy can be effectively adjusted in time so as to obtain the best mechanical properties and achieve the same effect as the rapid test before furnace.
