无论是从社会投资,还是从扩大内需的角度来看,我国房地产业发展在国民经济中的地位越来越重要。在未来较长的一段时期内,应将房地产市场作为宏观调控的主要监测对象与调控内容。由于房地产业的长期需求与短期需求、住宅需求与投资需求、国内及各地的需求与国际需求存在较大差异,因此,需要运用数据、统计及政策手段,对不同类别的市场进行长期跟踪与监测,以准确把握好宏观调控的时机与力度。
