目的观察丹参注射液对急性心肌梗死犬血清微量元素和心肌形态学的影响。方法杂种犬24只随机分为4组(每组6只),分别为模型组、刺五加注射液(10.0 mg/kg)阳性对照组、丹参注射液低剂量和高剂量(5.5、11.0 mg/kg)组。结扎犬左冠状动脉前降支,制备急性心肌梗死模型,观察丹参注射液对血清微量元素(Cu2+、Zn2+、Ca2+)水平的影响;通过HE染色,观察心肌细胞形态学的变化。结果与模型组比较,丹参注射液组血清微量元素Cu2+的量明显降低(P<0.05、0.01),Zn2+、Ca2+的量明显增加(P<0.05、0.01),病理形态学观察可见缺血心肌细胞损伤程度明显减轻。结论丹参注射液对心肌梗死犬的心肌具有明显的保护作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Danshen injection on serum trace elements and myocardial morphology in dogs with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Twenty-four mongrel dogs were randomly divided into 4 groups (6 mice in each group). They were the model group, the positive control group of Acanthopanax Injection (10.0 mg/kg) and the low dose and high dose of Danshen Injection (5.5, 11.0 mg). /kg) group. The canine left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to prepare an acute myocardial infarction model, and the effects of Danshen injection on serum trace elements (Cu2+, Zn2+, Ca2+) levels were observed. Morphological changes of myocardial cells were observed by HE staining. Results Compared with the model group, the amount of Cu2+ in the serum of Danshen injection group was significantly decreased (P<0.05, 0.01), and the amount of Zn2+, Ca2+ was significantly increased (P<0.05, 0.01). The pathological morphology of the ischemic myocardium was observed. The degree of damage was significantly reduced. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza injection has obvious protective effect on myocardial infarction in dogs.
