目前,黑热病的发病率有回升的趋势,受到国内外广泛重视。甘肃、四川两省自1983年发病人数逐年上升。其主要传染源均为病犬。犬的感染率高达8.5~2.5%。鉴于本实验室通过K-DNA分子杂交技术,发现杜氏利什曼原虫四川人分离株与犬分离株K-DNA微环碱基序列不完全同源,以及它们之间蛋白质组成分析的差异的存在,本科研为此制备出抗犬分离株前鞭毛体膜抗原单克隆抗体,并通过下述实验研究其保护性功能。
