目的 :研究中药强劲口服液的抗衰老作用。方法 :采用环磷酰胺皮下注射法造小鼠免疫抑制模型。观察强劲口服液对正常及免疫抑制小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量、RBC -C3bR花环率及RBC -IC花环率的影响。结果 :强劲口服液能显著降低正常及免疫抑制小鼠MDA ,提高血清SOD含量 ,且能明显提高正常及免疫抑制小鼠的RBC -C3bR花环率 ,降低RBC-IC花环率。结论 :中药强劲口服液具有较强的抗氧化作用 ,并能提高红细胞免疫功能 ,可能具有抗衰老作用
Objective: To study the anti-aging effect of strong oral liquid of Chinese medicine. METHODS: The mouse immunosuppressive model was established by subcutaneous injection of cyclophosphamide. Observe the effect of strong oral liquid on serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) content, RBC-C3bR rosette rate and RBC-IC rosette rate in normal and immunosuppressed mice. RESULTS: Robust oral liquid could significantly reduce the MDA in normal and immunosuppressed mice, increase serum SOD content, and significantly increase the RBC-C3bR rosette rate in normal and immunosuppressed mice, and reduce the rate of RBC-IC rosettes. Conclusion : Chinese medicine strong oral liquid has strong anti-oxidation effect, and can improve red blood cell immune function, may have anti-aging effect
