目的:制订复方肤清洗剂中赤芍的定性和定量分析方法。方法:采用TLC法对制剂中赤芍进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法测定制剂中芍药苷的含量。色谱条件:乙腈-0.01%磷酸水(13∶87)为流动相,检测波长230 nm,流速:1.0ml·min~(-1),柱温:40℃,进样量:10μl。结果:TLC斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。芍药苷在0.070~4.500μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.36%,RSD为2.73%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、快速,重复性好,可用于复方肤清洗剂质量控制。
Objective: To develop a qualitative and quantitative analysis method for Radix Paeoniae Rubra in Compound Skin Cleansing Agent. Methods: The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify Radix Paeoniae Rubra and the content of paeoniflorin in the preparation was determined by HPLC. Chromatographic conditions: acetonitrile -0.01% phosphoric acid water (13:87) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength 230 nm, flow rate 1.0ml · min -1, column temperature 40 ℃, injection volume 10μl. Results: TLC spots clear, negative non-interference. Paeoniflorin had a good linear relationship (r = 1.000 0) in the range of 0.070 ~ 4.500 μg with an average recovery of 98.36% and a RSD of 2.73% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, rapid and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of compound skin lotion.
