目的 :观察虎杖乙酸乙酯萃取部分在活体中的抗HSV - 1作用 ,方法 :以阿昔洛韦 (ACV)为阳性对照 ,以PBS以及含 0 .1%Tween - 80的PBS为阴性对照 ,用HSV - 1HS - 1株感染豚鼠皮肤的动物模型 ,观察了虎杖乙酸乙酯萃取部分晶Ⅱ、晶Ⅲ、晶Ⅳ抗HSV - 1药效。结果 :临床观察结果表明 ,ACV、虎杖乙酸乙酯萃取部分晶Ⅱ、晶Ⅲ、晶Ⅳ处理皮区的累积计分依次为 14 .2 0± 0 .70 ,7.31± 6 .16 ,11.6 3± 6 .0 7,8.5 0± 4 .6 3;ACV、虎杖乙酸乙酯萃取部分晶Ⅱ、晶Ⅲ、晶Ⅳ处理皮区的痊愈天数分别为 7.2 0± 1.0 8,6 .5 0± 1.10 ,8.2 0± 0 .6 7,6 .80± 1.35 ;与PBS及含 0 .1%Tween - 80的PBS处理皮区具有有统计学意义的差异。HSV - 1HS - 1株感染过程中各处理皮区的大体照片及皮肤样本的病毒滴度检测得到了一致的结果。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anti-HSV-1 effect of ethyl acetate extract from Polygonum cuspidatum in vivo, by using acyclovir (ACV) as a positive control and PBS and PBS containing 0.1% Tween-80 as negative controls. The animal model of HSV-1HS-1 strain infecting guinea pig’s skin was used to observe the efficacy of extracting partial crystal II, crystal III, and crystal IV against HSV-1. RESULTS: Clinical observations showed that the accumulative scores of ACV, ethyl acetate extracted part of crystal II, crystal III, and crystal IV treated areas were 14.20 ± 0.70, 7.31 ± 6.16 and 11.6 3 ± respectively. 6 .0 7,8.5 0± 4 .6 3; ACV, Polygonum cuspidatum ethyl acetate extracted partial crystal II, crystal III, crystal IV treatment skin healing days were 7.20 ± 1.086.50% ± 1.10. 8.2 0 ± 0 .6 7,6 .80 ± 1.35 ; There was a statistically significant difference between PBS treated areas with PBS and PBS containing 0.1 % Tween -80. The virus titers of the rough skin and skin samples of the HSV-1HS-1 strain during the infection process obtained consistent results.
