目的比较溴敌隆小麦毒饵和溴敌隆苹果颗粒饵剂实验室及现场灭鼠效果,为灭鼠工作提供科学依据。方法用有选择给饵法测定毒饵的适口性及实验室毒杀效果;用粉迹法测定现场鼠密度,计算校正灭鼠率。结果溴敌隆小麦毒饵的摄食系数为1.25,溴敌隆苹果颗粒饵剂为0.066;溴敌隆小麦毒饵实验室灭鼠率为100%,溴敌隆苹果颗粒饵剂实验室灭鼠率为90%;现场校正灭鼠率,溴敌隆小麦毒饵为80.34%,溴敌隆苹果颗粒饵剂为53.04%。结论溴敌隆小麦毒饵具有很好的适口性及室内毒杀效果,现场条件下溴敌隆小麦毒饵灭鼠更好,可以用于社区的大面积灭鼠。
OBJECTIVE To compare the laboratory and field rodent control effects of bromadiolone bait and bromadiolone apple particle bait and provide a scientific basis for rodent control. Methods The selective baiting method was used to determine the palatability and laboratory toxicity of the poison bait. The density of live rats was measured by the grit method, and the corrected rodent rate was calculated. Results The coefficient of feed intake of bromadiolone bait was 1.25, that of bromadiolone was 0.066, the rate of rodent infestation of batroxobin wheat bait laboratory was 100%, and that of bromadiolone apple particle bait laboratory was 90 %. The field calibration rodent rate was 80.34% for bromadiolone and 53.04% for bromadiolone. Conclusion Bromadiolone wheat bait has good palatability and indoor poisoning effects. Under the conditions of field, bromadiolone bait is more effective in rodent killing and can be used for large area rodent control in communities.
