Since George Gey established the HeLa cell line from human cervical cancer tissue in 1952, with the rapid development of basic theories of cell biology, genetics, and medicine, and continuous breakthroughs in various technical difficulties, cancer cell construction has progressed rapidly. The cultivation of human cancer cell lines has made many contributions to the conquest of cancer. For example, the discovery of the E.B virus was first detected in cultured Bur-kitt lymphoma cells.
