我厂捷克LKM1600A型热模锻压力机上,摩擦离合器及制动器采用胶木石棉铜板,并用铆接方法固定。由于制动器工作负荷较重,使用一段时间后,摩擦片就发生表面焦化,且连接铜铆钉很快被切断。这样引起摩擦片破裂、脱落,造成锻压机停车修理。用通常的铆接方法调换新摩擦片,工作寿命只有3~4个月,严重影响锻压机的正常使用。铆接摩擦片的缺点是受力不均匀,联接强度低,易发生破裂脱落。针对这个问题,我们采用粘合—铆接联接方法来修复摩擦片,取得了很好的效果。具体操作过程如下: 1.将胶木石棉铜板两个平面刨平,不平行度不超过0.2毫米。 2.将摩擦圆盘和胶木石棉铜板的贴合表
My factory Czech LKM1600A type hot die forging press, friction clutch and brake using bakelite asbestos copper, and fixed with riveting method. Due to the heavy workload of the brakes, the surface of the friction plate cokes after a period of use, and the connecting copper rivets are quickly cut off. This caused friction plate rupture, fall off, causing forging machine parking repair. With the usual riveting method to replace the new friction plate, the working life of only 3 to 4 months, seriously affecting the normal use of forging machine. The disadvantage of riveting friction plate is uneven force, low coupling strength, prone to rupture. In response to this problem, we use adhesive - riveting connection method to repair the friction plate, and achieved good results. The specific operation process is as follows: 1.
