目的探讨老年原发性高血压患者血压晨峰(morning blood pressure surge,MBPS)与脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave velocity,PWV)的关系。方法 200例老年原发性高血压患者均行动态血压监测和颈动脉-股动脉PWV测定,依据MBPS值分为MBPS组和NMBPS组,分析比较2组24h平均收缩压、平均舒张压、平均脉压差、平均动脉压及不同PWV值患者动态血压指标以及PWV异常发生率。结果 MBPS组平均收缩压、平均脉压差、平均动脉压、MBPS值较NMBPS组增高(P<0.05);PWV快速组患者平均收缩压、平均脉压差、平均动脉压、MBPS值高于PWV正常组;MBPS组PWV发生率(66.7%)高于NMBPS组(41.1%)(P<0.05)。结论老年原发性高血压患者MBPS值与PWV呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between morning blood pressure surge (MBPS) and pulse wave velocity (PWV) in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods 200 elderly essential hypertension patients underwent ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and carotid-femoral artery PWV measurement. MBPS group was divided into MBPS group and NMBPS group. The mean systolic blood pressure, mean diastolic blood pressure, Pressure, mean arterial pressure and ambulatory blood pressure in patients with different PWV values and PWV abnormalities. Results Mean systolic blood pressure, mean arterial blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and MBPS in MBPS group were significantly higher than those in NMBPS group (P <0.05). Mean systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure difference, mean arterial pressure and MBPS in PWV group were higher than those in PWV group The incidence of PWV in MBPS group (66.7%) was higher than that in NMBPS group (41.1%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The MBPS value in elderly patients with essential hypertension is positively correlated with PWV.
