对高速动车组铝合金车体焊接工艺特点进行了总体分析,根据国内轨道车辆生产企业自动焊接工艺的应用现状,全面比较了各类自动焊接设备的特征,总结了具体自动焊接工艺对焊接作业和焊接质量的影响,并介绍了开发的多项自动焊接专利技术。文章指出,应根据实际的焊接要求和生产条件来制定自动焊接工艺,同时,传统的自动熔焊工艺仍是目前轨道车辆行业普遍采用的自动焊接方法。
According to the application status of automatic welding technology of domestic rail vehicle manufacturing enterprises, the characteristics of all kinds of automatic welding equipment are compared in an all-round way, and the specific automatic welding process is summarized. The impact of welding quality, and introduced the development of a number of patented automatic welding technology. The article points out that the automatic welding process should be formulated according to the actual welding requirements and production conditions. Meanwhile, the traditional automatic welding process is still the automatic welding method widely used in the rail vehicle industry at present.
