针对目前常规方法不能有效去除沥青抽提液中矿粉的问题,研究利用非均相物系分离理论对回收液中的矿粉进行沉降分析,推导得出重力沉降和离心沉降的沉降速度及沉降时间的计算模型,根据试验原材料、仪器规格选择计算参数,计算得出矿粉的沉降速度及沉降时间,并通过试验验证了计算模型的准确性;同时调整了计算参数,总结得出了适用于绝大多数基质沥青抽提液的矿粉沉降计算模型。研究结果表明:计算模型具有较高的准确性与可靠度;离心加速度越大,矿粉密度越大,矿粉沉降时间就越短;施加相对离心力不小于24 647N/kg(2 515g)、离心分离时间不少于50min,能够有效地消除沥青抽提液中的矿粉。
