为了获得厚径比和含水率对松软煤体劈裂强度的影响规律,以淮南矿业集团新庄孜煤矿66207工作面松软煤体为研究对象,进行不同厚径比和不同含水率条件下型煤的巴西劈裂试验,并将实验结果代入考虑垫条与试样接触角的抗拉公式计算。试验结果表明:含水率相近时,随着试样厚径比的增大,抗拉强度逐渐减小,厚径比-抗拉强度曲线下降趋势不断减缓,厚径比大于0.6后曲线近似水平;厚径比相同时,随着含水率增加,煤样抗拉强度总体呈下降趋势。
In order to get the law of thickness-diameter ratio and moisture content on splitting strength of soft coal, taking soft coal of 66207 working face of Xinzhuangzi coal mine of Huainan Mining Group as the research object, the briquette with different aspect ratios and moisture contents Brazil splitting test, and the experimental results into consideration to consider the contact angle between the pad and the specimen tensile formula calculation. The results show that the tensile strength decreases with the increase of the ratio of thickness to thickness, while the ratio of the ratio of thickness to the ratio of tensile strength decreases gradually. When the ratio of thickness to diameter exceeds 0.6, the curve approximates that of the curve. When the thickness-diameter ratio is the same, the tensile strength of coal samples decreases with the increase of water content.
