Class management is the main content of the class teacher, construction class collective is the center of class management. In class collective construction work, occupying a major role is to employ the class teacher, that is, the selection and appointment of class cadres. The core and powerful class cadres collectively will become a strong driving force and guarantee for class management. This chapter will focus on four aspects of knowledge, support, use, test to explore class management in the class teacher’s employment strategy and practices.
