尿酸是核酸的代谢产物,其含量测定能间接反映人体内核糖核酸合成、分解的水平。本文对188例不育症者精液内尿酸的含量进行测定,以反映其在精子的生成与代谢过程中的作用。1 材料与方法1.1 标本来源 1997～1998年188例不育症患者,年龄23～45岁。按下列标准分8组:(1)不液化组:
