目的建立生物制品中污染原体的快速、准确的检测方法 ;方法通过比较目前国内支原体测方案 ,利用正交试验设计选择最优化培养和检测条件 ;结果更新了支原体培养基中某些成份 ,确定了各组份的含量 ,检测的灵敏度比现行规程方法有所提高。结论新确立的牛心消化液液体培养基方法能够快速检测绝大多数的支原体 ,改午后培养基灵敏度高 ,检测周期短 ,可以用于生物制品中支原体的快速检测。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid and accurate detection method of contaminant in biological products. Methods By comparing the current domestic Mycoplasma measurement program, the orthogonal test design was used to select the optimal culture and test conditions. Results Some of the components in mycoplasma culture medium were updated, The content of each component, the detection sensitivity than the current method of order has been improved. Conclusion The newly established beef heart digestive juice liquid medium method can rapidly detect the vast majority of mycoplasma. After medium afternoon, the medium has high sensitivity and short detection period and can be used for the rapid detection of mycoplasma in biological products.
