唐宋时期的敦煌地区,醋的品类众多,名称各异,其中麦醋是药用醋的主流。它在古医方中临床应用很普遍,医方中使用的各种称谓,是不同历史时期或者同一历史时期的不同习惯表述,从不同侧面来诠释其品性和文化特征。其中部分名称已游离出南北朝时期醋所界定的概念范围。个别名称被后世误判,缘于它自身的佚失及其在实践中被广泛取代等因素。 Dunhuang region in the Tang and Song Dynasties, vinegar variety, name varies, including wheat vinegar is the mainstream of medicinal vinegar. Its clinical application in ancient medicine is very common. The various appellations used in the medical profession are different customary expressions in different historical periods or in the same historical period, interpreting their character and cultural features from different aspects. Some of these names have been freed from the concept of vinegar defined by the Southern and Northern Dynasties. The individual name is misjudged by later generations because of its own loss and its widespread replacement in practice.
