本文首先介绍了适应控制与切削加工优化的概念,提出了人工适应控制(ManuaI Adaptive ControI,简称为MAC)实现切削加工优化的新途径。此法的实质是利用操作工人代替了自适应控制中的传感器与机床一计算机之间接口的作用。只要利用一只袖珍式计算机,就可达到最优适应控制的目的。文章在介绍MAC的优化目标及其数学模型和分析优化与监控优化的基础上,设计了MAC的程序框图并列举了应用实例。
In this paper, the concept of adaptive control and cutting optimization is introduced firstly, and a new approach to optimize the cutting process with ManuaI Adaptive ControI (MAC) is proposed. The essence of this method is to replace the role of the operator in the interface between the sensor in the adaptive control and the machine-computer. As long as the use of a pocket-sized computer, you can achieve the purpose of optimal control. Based on the introduction of MAC optimization objectives, mathematical models and analysis optimization and monitoring optimization, the article designs the block diagram of MAC and gives some examples.
