用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)和脉冲多普勒超声心动图(PDE)检测肾功能正常的22例活动性肝硬变及23例静止性肝硬变患者双侧肾动脉血流,以探讨肝硬变患者肾血流动力学改变。静止性肝硬变组与正常对照组相比:肾动脉血流量增多(P<0.05);活动性肝硬变组与静止性肝硬变组相比:肾动脉内径缩小,肾动脉血流量下降,搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)增高(P<0.01)。提示,CDFI和PDE可为肝硬变并发早期肾病提供一项简易非创伤性的检测方法,为早期治疗肾病提供依据。
Color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and pulsed Doppler echocardiography (PDE) were used to detect 22 patients with active renal cirrhosis and 23 patients with static cirrhosis with bilateral renal artery blood flow To investigate the changes of renal hemodynamics in patients with cirrhosis. Resting cirrhosis group compared with the normal control group: renal artery blood flow increased (P <0.05); active cirrhosis compared with the group of static cirrhosis: renal artery diameter decreased, decreased renal blood flow , Pulsatility index (PI) and resistance index (RI) increased (P <0.01). These results suggest that CDFI and PDE can provide a simple and non-invasive method for detecting liver cirrhosis complicated with early nephropathy and provide the basis for early treatment of nephropathy.
