柴油经过预热,使进入高压油泵和油咀的柴油之浓度、粘度变稀,油中含有的水份在预热中汽化,因而无水进入油泵和油嘴,加上燃烧充分,不易积炭,油泵油嘴使用期限均能大大增长。广东七二三队车间发电机组的一台3110型45马力柴油机,装上如图介绍的预热器以来,经过3000多小时的负荷运转,高压油泵和喷油嘴保持了良好的工作性能,没有一个需要更换。附图介绍的两种预热器,是723队一分队修配组根据不同机型设计制做的。一种配于衡阳2105型(24马力)柴油机
After preheating the diesel fuel, the concentration and viscosity of the diesel oil entering the high pressure oil pump and the oil nozzle become dilute. The water contained in the oil vaporizes in the preheating, so that the water enters the oil pump and the oil nozzle, and the combustion is sufficient and the carbon deposition is not easy. The service life of the pump nozzle can be greatly increased.
