以兔离体胸主劝脉环为实验对象,观察OA对血管收缩性的影响与平滑肌细胞摄取 ̄(45)Ca ̄(2+)的关系。结果显示:OA对NE,KCl引起的血管收缩和由苯肾上腺素与KCl激活的血管平滑肌对 ̄(45)Ca ̄(2+)的摄取均有显著增强作用。提示油酸对缩血管物质的增敏作用与其非选择性地促进平滑肌膜钙通道开放有关。
In order to investigate the effect of OA on vasoconstriction and smooth muscle cell uptake (45) Ca ~ (2+), the isolated rabbit thorax was used as the experimental subject. The results showed that OA could significantly upregulate the uptake of Ca ~ (45) Ca ~ (2+) by vasoconstriction induced by NE and KCl and vascular smooth muscle activated by phenylephrine and KCl. These results suggest that the sensitizing effect of oleic acid on vasoconstrictors is related to the non-selective promotion of calcium channel opening in smooth muscle.
