以60例高职生抑郁综合征患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组30例,对照组采用单纯抗抑郁药物治疗,研究组采用药物治疗联合心理治疗方案。治疗前,两组患者抑郁情绪评分、生活质量评分对比均无显著差异,治疗后,研究组患者抑郁情绪评分显著低于对照组,生活质量评分、治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组,证明药物治疗联合心理治疗方案能有效改善高职生抑郁综合征患者抑郁情绪和预后。
