目的探讨联合应用3.0TMRFastCINEPC及FAIR序列评价后循环脑梗死患者基底动脉及其供血区脑组织血流动力学情况。方法经MRI检查发现后循环脑梗死患者39例,正常志愿者39例(对照组)。所有受试者均行颅脑MRI、MRA、FastCINEPC及FAIR序列检查,对图像进行后处理,得出流速并计算出流量。测量两侧枕叶、小脑、脑桥、延髓FAIR值。结果后循环梗死组基底动脉平均流速、峰值流速及血流量均较对照组减低(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论后循环梗死时基底动脉平均流速、峰值流速及血流量均减低,后循环梗死患者后循环供血区脑组织灌注总值减低。
Objective To investigate the hemodynamics of cerebral tissue in basilar artery and its donor area in patients with recurrent cerebral infarction after 3.0T MRFastCINEPC and FAIR evaluation. Methods After MRI examination, 39 patients with posterior circulation cerebral infarction and 39 normal volunteers (control group) were found. All subjects underwent brain MRI, MRA, FastCINEPC and FAIR sequence examination, the images were post-processed to obtain the flow rate and calculate the flow rate. Measure the occipital lobe, cerebellum, pons and medulla oblongata FAIR values. Results The mean velocity of basilar artery, peak velocity and blood flow in the posterior circulation infarction group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05 or <0.01). Conclusions The mean velocity of basilar artery, peak velocity and blood flow decrease after posterior circulation infarction, and the total cerebral perfusion of posterior circulation infarction patients decreases.
