通过测定CCl4 性肝硬化门静脉高压大鼠的平均动脉压、门静脉压及门脉血流量 ,研究普萘洛尔和硝苯地平单用及联合应用对肝硬化门静脉高压模型大鼠血流动力学的影响。结果 :普萘洛尔及硝苯地平单用及联合应用均可降低肝硬化门脉高压模型大鼠的门脉压力及血流量 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,但对平均动脉压均影响不大 ,且 2药之间无明显差异。提示 :联合应用普萘洛尔和硝苯地平可明显改变肝硬化大鼠的门脉血流动力学 ,且与单独用药效果相近
By measuring mean arterial pressure, portal pressure and portal blood flow in CCl4-induced cirrhotic rats with portal hypertension, we investigated the effects of propranolol and nifedipine alone and in combination on the hemodynamics of cirrhotic rats with portal hypertension influences. RESULTS: Both propranolol and nifedipine alone and in combination decreased portal pressure and blood flow in cirrhotic rats with portal hypertension (P <0.05 or P <0.01) The average arterial pressure had little effect, and no significant difference between the two drugs. Tip: The combination of propranolol and nifedipine can significantly change the portal vein hemodynamics in cirrhotic rats, and similar results with the drug alone
