首次测得了KNSBN和SBN晶体在1.32μm波长下的线性电光系数,研究了其有效线性电光系数γ_c随温度的变化,并演示了这类晶体以低功率驱动时的高频红外电光调制。
The linear electro-optic coefficients of KNSBN and SBN at 1.32μm were measured for the first time. The change of the effective linear electro-optical coefficient γ_c with temperature was studied. The high-frequency infrared electro-optic modulation of these crystals under low power was also demonstrated.
