目的 :采用HPLC法测定复方川贝片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法 :使用kromasilC18柱 (2 0 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 水 (1∶1) ,流速为 1.0ml·min-1,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :采用反相高效液相色谱法测定复方川贝片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量 ,盐酸麻黄碱的线性范围为 0 .4 98~ 7.4 7μg·ml-1,r =0 .9996 ,回收率为 98.0 8% (RSD =2 .16 % )。结论 :本方法快速、准确 ,可作为该复方制剂的质量控制标准
Objective : To determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Compound Chuanbei Tablets by HPLC. METHODS: A kromasil C18 column (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol (1:1), the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. RESULTS: The content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Compound Chuanbei Tablets was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.48-7.4 7 μg·ml-1, r = 0.9996. 98.0 8% (RSD = 2.16 % ). Conclusion : This method is rapid and accurate and can be used as a quality control standard for the compound preparation
