该文探究了采用湿集料和回收材料的半温拌沥青混合料(HWMA)的水稳定、抗车辙、抗疲劳等性能。试验基于发泡技术,从混合料的劈裂强度(ITS)、抗拉强度比(TSR)、浸水流变性、浸水韧性、韧度损失、干湿条件下的车辙深度以及抗疲劳性能等方面分析其力学性能。结果表明:在半温拌沥青混合料中掺加RAP或回收沥青油毡瓦,不会降低其ITS和TSR值;湿集料对HWMA的车辙深度影响不大,且掺加回收材料有利于提高其抗车辙性能;混合料劲度模量主要取决于其集料类型;基于统计分析发现,掺加回收材料前后混合料疲劳寿命并无明显变化。
This paper investigates the water stability, anti-rutting, anti-fatigue and other properties of semi-warm mix asphalt (HWMA) using wet aggregate and recycled material. Based on the foaming technology, the test was carried out from the aspects of ITS, TSR, waterlogging rheology, water immersion toughness, toughness loss, rutting depth under dry and wet conditions and anti-fatigue properties Its mechanical properties. The results showed that adding RAP or bitumen shingles to semi-warm mix asphalt did not reduce its ITS and TSR values; wet aggregates had little effect on rut depth of HWMA, and adding recycled materials was beneficial to improve Anti-rutting performance. The stiffness modulus of the mixture mainly depends on its aggregate type. Based on the statistical analysis, it is found that there is no obvious change in the fatigue life of the mixture before and after mixing the recycled materials.
