采用膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)分别与蒙脱土(MMT)、硼酸锌(ZB)、MnO2阻燃协效剂复配制备了阻燃型红松木粉/聚丙烯复合材料。借助TG、DTG、DSC热分析技术深入探讨了IFR与阻燃协效剂间的协效性;并利用FTIR、SEM对协效性进行了验证。结果表明:三种阻燃协效剂与IFR间都存在一定的协效性;MMT的加入降低了热分解过程的热释放量,并显著提高了材料的残炭量;ZB的协效性主要体现在热分解的第二阶段,并使最终的残渣呈现出一种泡状结构;而MnO2主要在热分解的第一阶段发挥作用,可催化聚磷酸铵(APP)提前分解,同时降低体系的热解速率,并使残渣致密化。
Flame retardant pine resin / polypropylene composites were prepared by intumescent flame retardant (IFR) with montmorillonite (MMT), zinc borate (ZB) and MnO2 flame retardant synergist respectively. The synergism between IFR and flame retardant synergist was investigated by means of TG, DTG and DSC thermal analysis. The synergistic effect was also verified by FTIR and SEM. The results showed that there was a certain synergy between the three flame retardant synergists and IFR. The addition of MMT reduced the heat release during thermal decomposition and significantly increased the amount of carbon residue. The synergistic effect of ZB Is reflected in the second stage of thermal decomposition, and the final residue showed a bubble structure; and MnO2 mainly in the first phase of thermal decomposition play a role in catalyzing the early decomposition of ammonium polyphosphate (APP), while reducing the system Pyrolysis rate, and the residue densification.
