目的:探索温敏凝胶药物制剂基质中辅料泊洛沙姆407(P407)、泊洛沙姆188(P188)、1,2-丙二醇(PG)对胶凝温度和黏度的影响,从而考察辅料的性能及其用量,制备出纳米雄黄温敏凝胶制剂。方法:采用正交设计,选取P407、P188和PG的浓度为考察因素,以胶凝温度、黏度和溶解度的综合评分为指标,优化纳米雄黄温敏凝胶的基质处方。结果:优选的基质处方为20%的P407、1%的P188和10%的PG。结论:按优选的基质处方制得的纳米雄黄温敏凝胶制剂黏度和胶凝温度良好。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of the excipient poloxamer 407 (P407), poloxamer 188 (P188) and 1,2-propanediol (PG) on the gelling temperature and viscosity of the gelatin preparation. And its dosage, prepared nano-realgar temperature-sensitive gel preparation. Methods: The orthogonal design was used to select the concentration of P407, P188 and PG as the investigation factors, and the comprehensive matrix of gel temperature, viscosity and solubility was taken as the index to optimize the matrix preparation of nano-realgar. Results: Preferred matrix prescriptions are 20% P407, 1% P188 and 10% PG. Conclusion: The viscosity and gelling temperature of nano-realgar-based thermo-sensitive gel prepared by the preferred matrix prescription are good.
